Thank you for subscribing to TianyaSchool. We provide digital content, including online courses, articles, and subscription-based educational services.
Because our services involve immediate access to digital content, we apply the following refund policy.
Digial Products and Subscriptions
All purchases on TianyaSchool are for digital products and services, including but not limited to:
- Online courses
- Subscription-based content
- Premium articles or resources
Once access to digital content has been granted, the purchase is generally non-refundable.
Refund Eligibility
We may issue a refund only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges caused by a technical error
- Incorrect subscription level charged due to a system malfunction
- Unauthorized payment confirmed by Stripe and the payment provider
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of usage or inactivity
- Partial use of a subscription period
- Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal
- Incompatibility with personal expectations or learning outcomes
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
- Cancellation stops future billing
- Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time
